We do not (and never will) test on animals or use animal byproduct.
Each of our sheet mask products will include a manufactured and expiration date printed on the back. All sheet masks must be used immediately after opening and expire within 3 years of the manufactured date if remain sealed.

Orders placed prior to 1:00 PM PST will begin processing same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST (or Fri thru Sun) will begin processing the following business day. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be fully processed.
We offer standard (5-7 days) and expedited (2-3 day) shipping options. Delivery times can vary depending on the carrier and destination of the order. Shipping and delivery dates may be affected during holidays, peak season, or when experiencing high volume of orders.
RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
We typically process orders as quickly as possible, leaving little time to make adjustments. If you wish to cancel or make any updates to your orders, please email us at email@example.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
For cancellations, please include the order number and "Cancellation” in the subject line. For all updates, please include the order number and request in the subject line. For shipping address updates, please include the new address in your email. Please note that we cannot make any changes once your order is shipped and cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.

We will accept returns on unused and unopened products within 7 business days from their delivery date. Please return all unused and unopened products with original packaging included. All non-skincare items are final sale. We take full responsibility for damaged/defective products.
To begin the return process, please email email@example.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return. Please make sure to write the order number on the box and email us the tracking number of the return package. Please note that any return shipping and handling fees will not be covered unless there was an error on our end.
Once the package is confirmed to be returned, we will be processing your refund after checking the condition of the products. Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund. Please note that any orders that received free shipping will be refunded the total amount minus the initial shipping cost. Your refund is expected to be processed within 5-10 business days.
We apologize for this inconvenience and take full responsibility for this mistake! Please save the wrong or damaged package and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get you the right products as soon as possible. Shipping costs will be covered or reimbursed.
For missing packages, please check if the carrier placed the package out of sight. If the package is still not found, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll contact the courier to track the package and sort this out for you!
